The Supplier Environmental Sustainability Award is presented to a wine and spirits supplier who has successfully implemented innovative and unique company activities, either pertaining to operations or production, that are designed to mitigate environmental impacts and improve sustainability. The awardee shall demonstrate a commitment to addressing environmental issues, reducing unnecessary waste, promoting energy efficiency, combating climate change, and exemplifying ingenuity in their efforts. As one of the three tiers of the alcohol industry, this awardee demonstrates leadership amongst suppliers in environmentally responsible business practices.
