Below is a list of critical registration and participation deadlines. We recommend you bookmark this page and utilize it as a planning tool.

  • All Exhibit Requests, Suite Requests, TASTE Table Reservations, and Personnel Registration & Housing online registrations must be submitted by this day to receive Early Bird Pricing.
  • This is also the deadline to cancel show participation to receive 100% refund less a $50 processing fee.

Application deadline for the following categories:

  • Vodka / Gin
  • Tequila / Mezcal / Cachaca

Application deadline for the following categories:

  • Whiskey / Whisky / Bourbon / Scotch
  • Modifiers (Liqueurs / Mixers / Cordials)
  • RTD / Hard Seltzer
  • Wine
  • Rum
  • Lifestyle (No-Alc / Low-Alc / CBD)
  • Requests received after the deadline will be accommodated on a space available basis.
  • This is also the last day to cancel your Exhibit Booth to receive a 50% refund on booth fees.
  • After this date, hotel room reservations will be accepted on a space available basis.
  • After this date, no refunds will be given for cancelled Exhibit Booths, Suites or registrations.
  • All Wine & Spirits Tasting Competition Entry forms must be submitted by this day.
  • Any additions and/or changes made online after this date will not be included in the digital programs.
  • All alcohol beverage product or instructions to pull alcohol beverage product MUST be received by wholesaler licensed in Florida (See Alcohol Beverage Handling Guidelines for details).
  • Product shipped after March 1 will incur a late fee.
  • Product may not be shipped or received after March 17.
  • All orders for food and beverage and audio visual needs must be placed with Gaylord Palms Resort by this date. After this date, higher rates will apply.
  • All Alcohol Beverage Product List forms must be submitted by this day.
  • All orders must be placed by this date to receive discounted pricing with Shepard Exposition Services. After this date prices will increase.
  • All point-of-sale & non-alcoholic deliveries for the convention must arrive at the Shepard warehouse by March 27, 2023.
  • All point-of-sale delivered to the Shepard warehouse between March 11-27, 2023 will be assessed a late fee.
  • After March 27, all deliveries must be sent to the attention of Shepard at Gaylord Palms (use the show site POS labels). Note: Additional fees will apply for deliveries received by Shepard at Gaylord Palms and ONLY POS and Non-Alcohol beverages may be sent to Shepard, at Gaylord Palms, after March27.
