Reserve your exhibit booth in WSWA’s Access HQ – an exhibit hall that fits the entire industry under one roof! Access HQ (exhibit hall) is the most economical way to promote your products and services at the show, as well as to develop the contacts you need to take your business to the next level. All exhibit booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Booth assignment cannot be confirmed until payment is made, and a signed exhibitor agreement is received. WSWA will hold the requested booth(s) for a maximum of two weeks for those companies who may wish to pay by check or wire transfer. If payment is not received within the allotted two-week grace period, the requested exhibit space will be released for sale.

- The hotel will provide tables and chairs in your Suite at no cost with a daily $350 food and beverage minimum. This amount is required for complimentary use of banquet chairs and tables. If you do not meet this minimum, a fee will be added for the tables and chairs.

Main Street Suites are fully customizable meeting rooms located on the hotel’s meeting space levels. These suites are a “blank slate” which allows the maximum amount of flexibility for companies who require both a display and meeting area.
Main Street Suites are located in both high impact and low profile areas – and can be offered as open to traffic or appointment only meetings.
