Main Street Suite Pricing

Main Street Suites are fully customizable meeting rooms located on the hotel’s meeting space levels. These suites are a “blank slate” which allows the maximum amount of flexibility for companies who require both a display and meeting area.

WSWA Member & Non-Member Details

Main Street Suite sizing ranges from 800 - 1,700 sqft with pricing ranging from $6,000 – $10,000

Each Main Street Suite Includes:

  • 2 Complimentary Access LIVE registrations (click for additional Exhibitor Badge Pricing)

  • Discounts on additional registrations (see below)

  • 24-hr. perimeter security from set-up to tear-down

  • Daily waste removal

  • Complimentary listing on the WSWA interactive Access HQ floor plan

  • The hotel will provide tables and chairs in your Suite at no cost with a daily $350 food and beverage minimum. This amount is required for complimentary use of banquet chairs and tables. If you do not meet this minimum, a fee will be added for the tables and chairs.
