WSWA is now accepting speaking proposals for Access LIVE 2025 in Denver, CO! The wine and spirits industry's premier event is looking for experts and thought leaders who can provide unique insights, strategies and trends with attendees from all three tiers of the beverage alcohol market.
If you are interested in being part of our 2025 educational programming as a speaker or have specific topic ideas to share, please submit a proposal today. WSWA’s selection committee will consider all submissions and make the final selections. You will be informed no later than September 24, 2024 if your submission has been accepted.
Access LIVE Speaker Proposal Details
- Submission deadline is September 10, 2024. Please note, submissions will be considered on a rolling basis.
- WSWA seeks to promote inclusion and celebrate diversity, and welcomes all submissions.
- All education content must be commercial free and vendor neutral. Presenters, under NO circumstances, may promote their company or product in the education program. If you are interested in sponsored education or tasting sessions featuring your products, please contact Molly Fontaine at molly.fontaine@wswa.org.

Access LIVE is the premier wine and spirits event uniting all three tiers of the industry under one roof. As a subject matter expert, you are joining us in our mission to deliver impactful in-person education that will help build the future of the industry. Your experience and perspective may help your peers answer their biggest questions, build their business, and strengthen our community. Other speaker benefits include:

- Originality of content and novel delivery strategies.
- All education content must be commercial free and vendor neutral.
- Presenters, under NO circumstances, may promote their company or product in the education program.
- Speaker presentation skills and experience.
- Speaker is knowledgeable, engaging and experienced with the topic submitted.
- Overall quality of the written proposal.
- Overall quality of video submission of previous speaking engagements (not required, but strongly encouraged).
