Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center is a sprawling luxury resort, known for its stunning indoor atriums, diverse dining options, and year-round family-friendly entertainment.
WSWA's Access LIVE registration fee includes one (1) hotel room night in a standard king or double queen room at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. A credit of $379.33 of will be applied to the eligible reservation at check-in (this includes the $331 group rate, inclusive of resort fee, plus tax).
Room upgrades and any associated additional charges are the guest’s responsibility. The name on the hotel reservation must match the attendee’s registration to receive the credit. Hotel accommodations are not automatically booked with registration. Each attendee must make their own reservation through the official Access LIVE room block by January 4, 2027. If a qualifying reservation is not made, the hotel credit is forfeited and has no cash or alternative value.

Yes, you must make all housing and suite reservations through the reservation link to receive the group rate at the Gaylord Resort & Convention Center for WSWA Access LIVE 2027.
All hotel rooms and suites must be cancelled or changed at least 5 days in advance. All cancellations and changes within 5 days of your scheduled check-in will be charged one night's room and tax to the credit card provided to the Gaylord at the time of booking. All cancellations and changes must be made directly with the Gaylord Resort at (817)778-1000.
Yes, you can choose your check-out date when making your reservation through the housing link found in your confirmation email. If you have any challenges with extending your stay, please email registrations@wswa.org.

No, WSWA does not use any 3rd party housing companies. All reservations for the show must be booked through the housing links on our website or in your registration confirmation email. If you are contacted by a 3rd party housing vendor, representing themselves as WSWA or one of host hotels, please contact us immediately. This is a scam.
