Ship Your Materials (Non-Alcohol & Point-of-Sale Items)
The below provides an overview of the shipping instructions for all non-alcohol items to Access LIVE. More detail, including shipping instructions, addresses, and deadlines can be found in the Freeman Exhibitor Services Manual.
- Please use the appropriate Material Handling Shipping Labels when sending both advance and on-site freight. Labels are located in the Freeman Exhibitor Services Manual here.
- All non-alcohol items must be sent through FREEMAN and NOT through a wholesaler. This includes water, mixers, and other “in-the-bottle” products that are alcohol free.
- Any advance freight that is received after January 22, 2025 will be considered LATE ADVANCE DELIVERY and additional Freeman fees will apply.
