Access HQ Exhibit Hall
(~300 booths available)
- Primary Exhibit Space: Access HQ serves as the main hall for exhibitors to showcase their products and services. Access HQ is the heart of Access LIVE, also hosting The Hub, HQ Connect, The LIVE Stage, Headshot Café, SipSource Data Lounge, and daily lunch for all attendees.

Main Street Suites
(~70 suites available)

Your Product is Currently Distributed in Nevada
If your product is currently distributed in Nevada with a wholesaler, you must use that wholesaler to facilitate delivery to Caesars Forum. Please be in touch with your current NV wholesaler to coordinate next steps with Freeman
Your Product is Distributed Domestically but NOT in Nevada
- If your product is produced, distributed, or imported domestically but not in Nevada you must use Breakthru Beverage Group to facilitate ordering and delivery to Caesars Forum. Breakthru will assist with product delivery for all domestic products coming to the show, not distributed in Nevada.
- Please be sure to complete the appropriate Breakthru forms and send to the listed Breakthru contact before shipping product to Breakthru’s warehouse. All forms must be completed, and fees must be paid, prior to product arriving.
- You must submit a Certificate of Compliance (COC) to the state of Nevada to participate at Access LIVE with products not distributed in Nevada. Be sure to complete this application online as soon as possible.
Your Product is NOT Distributed Domestically (including Nevada)
- If your product is not currently distributed domestically, including in Nevada, and you do not use a U.S. wholesaler, you must use Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits (SGWS) to manage/facilitate the importation and COLA waiver process for your product.
- Please be sure to complete appropriate SGWS forms and send to listed SGWS contact before shipping product to SGWS’s warehouse. All forms must be completed, and fees must be paid, prior to product arriving.
- You must submit a Certificate of Compliance to the state of Nevada to participate at Access LIVE with products not distributed in Nevada. Be sure to complete this application online as soon as possible.
