Can I register onsite?

Yes! Please note onsite registration fees are higher.

Do I have to be a member of WSWA to attend?

No, you do not have to be a WSWA Wholesaler Member or WSWA Associate Member to attend. WSWA Associate Members pay a lower registration fee than non-members and receive discounts on exhibit booths and suites. First time Non-Member Wholesalers must be approved to attend for a discounted rate by the WSWA Senior Director, Membership and Data Services, Bob Wiggans. I have registered to attend, but have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?

Confirmations are sent by email to the email address provided online during registration. Please check your spam for confirmation. If no email has been received, contact Lisa Koenig at or (202) 371-5682 as soon as possible to confirm your registration.

When can I sign up for ticketed events?

Where can I find the schedule of events?

What events can I attend?

Registered attendees may attend all events listed on the schedule of events, unless the events are noted as invitation only, RSVP only, or closed. Open events include but are not limited to Celebrate LIVE, TASTE, Main Stage and LIVE Stage sessions, the Brand Battle Championship and Ovation LIVE.

When and Where are the Main Stage Business Sessions?

Main Stage Sessions take place daily in the Osceola Ballroom.

  • Opening General Session: Sunday, April 2 @ 4:15 pm–5:00 pm
  • General Session & Breakfast: Monday, April 3 @ 8:00 am–9:00 am
  • Industry Awards Program: Tuesday, April 4 @ 4:15 pm–5:00 pm

When and where are the Roundtable Hot Topic Sessions?

To attend one of the Roundtable Hot Topic Sessions, you must RSVP in advance of Access LIVE. Each session is limited to 500 registrations. The topics, locations and times are as follows: 

  • SipSource Update & Trends: Tuesday, April 4 @ 8:30 am–9:30 am
  • Wholesaler Only Roundtable: Tuesday, April 4 @ 12:15 pm–1:15 pm
  • DE&I and Deloitte Study Luncheon: Tuesday, April 4 @ 12:15 pm–1:15 pm

When and where are the LIVE Stage TED Talk style sessions?

These sessions are open to all registered attendees and are located in Access HQ, the exhibit hall, on the ground level of the Gaylord Palms Convention Center. Exciting speakers will take the stage hourly during the show hours. Be sure to view the schedule of events for up-to-date times and speaker sessions.

Can I extend my stay past the event dates?

Yes. You can choose your check-out date when making your reservation through the housing link found in your confirmation email. If you have any challenges with extending your stay, please reach out to Lisa Koenig at or by phone at (202) 371-5682 for assistance.

Can my spouse and/or family attend?

Spouses are welcome to register at the spouse rate and attend the event. While family is welcome to stay with you, no one under 21 years of age may walk the show. Gaylord Palms Orlando has a wonderful pool and waterpark that family members may enjoy!

What is the attire?

The convention attire is both business casual and business, depending on personal preference. There will be indoor and outdoor activities. Please dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather.

Can my company hold its own meeting, reception or dinner at the convention?

How will I identify the different registration types such as Wholesalers, Retailers, and Media?

Badges and lanyards are color and category coded.

Are discounts available for packages or group rates?

No, there are no group discounts.

What forms of payment does WSWA accept?

If paying in advance, WSWA accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, Checks, Bank and Wire Transfers. If paying on-site, WSWA accepts all credit cards previously listed or cash. Checks and wire transfers cannot be accepted on-site.

How can I get a list of registered attendees?

Sponsors and exhibitors will receive a list of all attendees approximately one month prior to the show and then again a few weeks post-show. All attendees will have access to the attendee list in the Access LIVE app, once live.

Will you check badges at the door of Access HQ (exhibit hall)?

Yes. Everyone must wear an official 2023 WSWA Access LIVE badge to enter Access HQ (the exhibit hall) and all Access LIVE events.

How and where do I get my Access LIVE badge?

You will receive your show badge when you check-in at the WSWA Registration Desk outside of the Florida Exhibition Hall, on the ground level of the Gaylord Palms Convention Center. Badges will not be mailed in advance of Access LIVE.

What if I need to make a correction on my name badge?

Email Lisa Koenig at if notice there's a mistake on your badge name listed during registration. On site, simply ask one of the WSWA staff at the Registration Desk to reprint your badge. 

What if I lose my badge while at Access LIVE?

There will be a $75 Lost Badge Replacement fee. Please see WSWA staff at the Registration Desk for assistance.

What airport is closest?

Orlando International Airport (MCO)

This airport is approximately 20 miles, 25 minutes.

What are the hotel cancellation policies?

All hotel rooms and suites must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance in order to be refunded for your first night’s room deposit. All cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled check-in will result in forfeiting your first night’s room deposit. All cancellations must be made in writing to the WSWA Meetings & Events Department at

Does Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center have a fitness center and spa?

Yes, the property has a full gym and spa as well as 2 pools and waterpark.

What are the hotel's check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
