Please note: Caesars Forum is a dedicated conference center located directly behind Harrah’s Las Vegas, accessible via a skybridge from Harrah’s and The LINQ. It is not inside Caesars Palace or connected to the Forum Shops. For easiest access, enter through Harrah’s or LINQ and follow signs to the Caesars Forum skybridge.

How much does it cost to register?

Pricing varies depending on registration date and type.

How can I register?

All registrations are done through an online system. Should you need help processing your registration, please contact WSWA’s meetings department at registrations@wswa.org.

Can I register onsite?

Yes! Please note onsite registration fees are higher.

Do I have to be a member of WSWA to attend?

No, you do not have to be a WSWA Wholesaler Member or WSWA Associate Member to attend or exhibit. WSWA members, whether Wholesaler or Associate, pay a lower registration fee than non-members and receive discounts on exhibit booths. First time Non-Member Wholesalers must be approved to attend for a discounted rate by the WSWA Vice President, Membership and Data Services, Bob Wiggans. Who can attend Access LIVE?

Anyone in the beverage alcohol industry!

I have registered to attend, but have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?

Confirmations are sent by email to the email address provided online during registration. Please check your spam for confirmation. If no email has been received, contact Catherine Ontko at catherine.ontko@wswa.org or (757) 775-8530 as soon as possible to confirm your registration.

When can I sign up for ticketed events?

There are no individually ticketed events. Anyone who would like to attend an event must register for the full show.

What events can I attend?

Registered attendees may attend all events listed on the schedule of events, unless the events are noted as invitation only, RSVP only, or closed. Open events include but are not limited to Celebrate LIVE, TASTE, Main Stage and LIVE Stage sessions, the Brand Battle Championship and Ovation LIVE.

When and where are the Main Stage Sessions?

Main Stage sessions will take place in the Forum Ballroom. Visit our schedule of events for the latest programming details.

When and where are the LIVE Stage educational sessions?

LIVE Stage sessions are open to all registered attendees and are located in Access HQ, the exhibit hall (Summit Ballroom). Exciting speakers will take the stage hourly while the exhibit hall is open. Visit our schedule of events for the latest programming details.

Can I extend my stay past the event dates?

Yes. You can choose your check-out date when making your reservation through the housing link found in your confirmation email. If you have any challenges with extending your stay, please reach out Catherine Ontko at catherine.ontko@wswa.org or by phone at (757) 775-8530  for assistance.

What else can I do during my stay?

There are many fun activities throughout Las Vegas, whether on property and nearby. Please visit our Guide to Las Vegas for more information.

What is the attire?

The event attire is both business casual and business, depending on personal preference. There will be indoor and outdoor activities. Please dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather.

Can my company hold its own meeting, reception or dinner at the convention?

Yes! Please contact Kari Langerman by email at kari.langerman@wswa.org or via phone at (202) 415-1428 to confirm space availability.

How will I identify the different registration types such as Wholesalers, Retailers, and Media?

Badges and lanyards are color and category coded.

Are discounts available for packages or group rates?

No, there are no group discounts.

What forms of payment does WSWA accept?

If paying in advance, WSWA accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, Checks, Bank and Wire Transfers. If paying on-site, WSWA accepts all credit cards previously listed or cash. Checks and wire transfers cannot be accepted on-site.

How can I get a list of registered attendees?

Sponsors and exhibitors will receive a list of all attendees approximately one month prior to the show and then again a few weeks post-show. All attendees will have access to the attendee list in the Access LIVE app, once live.

Will you check badges at the door of Access HQ (exhibit hall)?

Yes. Everyone must wear an official 2026 WSWA Access LIVE badge to enter Access HQ (the exhibit hall) and all Access LIVE events. Security is strict and will not allow access to any parts of the show, beyond registration if you do not have an Access LIVE badge.

How and where do I get my Access LIVE badge?

You will receive your show badge when you check-in at the WSWA Registration Desk near the main Caesars Forum entrance. Badges will not be mailed in advance of Access LIVE.

What if I need to make a correction on my name badge?

Email Catherine Ontko at catherine.ontko@wswa.org if you notice there's a mistake on your badge name listed during registration. On-site, simply ask one of the WSWA staff at the Registration Desk to reprint your badge.

What if I lose my badge while at Access LIVE?

There will be a $125 Lost Badge Replacement fee. Please see WSWA staff at the Registration Desk for assistance.

What airport is closest?

Harry Reid International Airport

This airport is approximately 4 miles, 10 minutes from the event venue.

What are the hotel cancellation policies?

All hotel rooms and suites must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance in order to be refunded for your first night’s room deposit. All cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled check-in will result in forfeiting your first night’s room deposit. All cancellations must be made in writing to the WSWA Meetings & Events Department at registrations@wswa.org.

Do the hotels have fitness centers and spas?

Yes, our host hotels have full gyms, spas and pools.

What are the hotel's check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

What is the host hotel?

This year we have three host hotels that are conveniently located close to the Convention Center, Caesars Forum. Our three host hotels are Harrah’s, The LINQ, and Paris.

What if I stay at a different hotel?

You can stay at any hotel you wish. There is a $425 fee added to registration rates for those staying at a hotel outside the Access LIVE room block. No exceptions will be made.

What is the refund policy for the show?

  • A 100% refund (minus $100 processing fee) is available before October 10, 2025.
  • A 50% refund is available from October 11, 2025 to January 5, 2026.
  • No refunds are available after January 5, 2026.

How do I cancel my hotel room?

If you need to cancel your hotel stay, please reach out to Catherine Ontko at catherine.ontko@wswa.org or 757.775.8530. Please note if you cancel within one week of your arrival date, you will be charged one-night's stay. 

How can I pay for my badge if I forget?

It is important to pay for your badge via your registration portal prior to the event. If you have not, we will have staff on-site to collect payment, but lines can be long. Remember, your badge will not print if you have not fully paid your registration fee.

Does WSWA sell lists of registered attendees to third parties?

We are dedicated to protecting your data and privacy. WSWA will not trade, sell, or share your contact information with third party marketers without your consent unless required by law or as disclosed to you when the information is collected.  If you are approached by any external party offering to sell WSWA or Access LIVE contact lists, please reach out to us immediately. Be cautious of potential scams and always protect your information. 

Does WSWA use 3rd party housing companies?

No, WSWA does not use any 3rd party housing companies. All reservations for the show must be booked through the housing links on our website or in your registration confirmation email. If you are contacted by a 3rd party housing vendor, representing themselves as WSWA or one of host hotels, please contact us immediately. This is a scam.
