Note: Premium locations in Access HQ have a premium fee of $300 per booth added to the space.

Main Street Suites are fully customizable meeting rooms located in the Gaylord Texan Convention Center. These suites are a “blank slate” which allows the maximum amount of flexibility for companies who require both a display and meeting area.

Each Main Street Suite Includes:

• Credit of 1 night applied to room reservation at Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center ($374.33 value for standard king or double queen room)

• The venue will provide complimentary use of standard tables and chairs in your suite with a daily $500 food and beverage minimum. This amount is required for complimentary use of banquet chairs and tables. If you do not meet this minimum, a fee will be added for the tables and chairs.
